1. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction against respondent No.4- Society that respondent No.4 should induct the petitioner as member of the Society.

-22. It is found that the petitioner has already approached the Assistant Registrar, Firms & Societies raising a complaint against the Society which is registered under the provisions of the Societies Registration Act, 1973 as a society subject to the supervision and control of the Registrar, Societies as also Assistant Registrar, Societies, Bilaspur.

3. No direction can be issued by this Court to respondent No.4 as it is not a State under Article 12 of the Constitution of India. This Court cannot issue a direction. However, the Assistant Registrar, Firms & Societies shall examine the petitioner's complaint and act in accordance with the provisions contained in the Societies Registration Act.

4. The petition is accordingly dismissed.
