1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.05/2015, registered at ACB/EOW, Raipur (C.G.) for offence under Sections 109, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of Indian Penal Code and Sections 13(1) (e), 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

2. This is the Second Bail Application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. The first bail application was dismissed on merits on 21.01.2016 with a detailed order.

3. In view of the fact that the earlier bail application was dismissed on merits, this Court is not inclined to entertain this repeat bail application. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed.
