1. After arguing for sometimes, the counsel for the petitioners prays that the writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioners in respect of the selection of "Forest Guards" from the advertisement published in the year 2018, where the petitioners' name were found place in the waiting list.
2. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the respondents to consider and
-2decide the representation of the petitioners in accordance with the rules and regulations governing the field.
3. In case, if the petitioners have not made any representation, then a fresh representation be made to the respondents No. 2 & 3 within a period of 15 days from today.
4. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case, the respondents shall decide the representation purely in accordance with the rules and regulations governing the field.
5. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
