(2) At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition

and thereafter, to proceed in accordance with law before the Central Administrative Tribunal constituted under the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985.

(3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.
