1. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this bail application by submitting that the applicant may be applying for grant of regular bail after having settled the dispute with the complainant. He submits that looking to the nature of allegation and that the matter relates to money transaction, the Court below may be directed to consider the application on the same day.
2. Considering the submission, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for. It is directed that in case, the applicant surrenders and applies for grant of regular bail, the same shall be considered as early as possible, subject to applicant depositing the cash amount or in any case within an outer limit of three days.
