1. The limited relief that the petitioner has sought in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondent no.3 for mutating the properties situated in Khasra No. 979 measuring 0.21 hectare situated at village Balrampur in his name.

2. Perusal of the record would reveal that there is already a memo passed

by the office of the Additional Collector, Balrampur dated 19.03.2019 in this regard. However, whether the respondent no.4 whose name appears in the revenue record over the said property was intimated about the said order is not known from the proceeding or from the order Annexure P-1 as the copy of the said order is not marked to the respondent no.4.

3. Given the said fact, let the petitioner approach the respondents 2 & 3 afresh by moving an appropriate application in this regard and with due intimation to the respondent no.4 also and the respondents 2 & 3 thereafter shall take appropriate steps in accordance with law as early as possible.
