1. Heard.
2. The petitioner belongs to the cadre of Indian Administrative Service (IAS). He is challenging the charge sheet issued to him
under the All India Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1969.
3. A grievance concerning service dispute of a member of IAS cadre is amenable to the jurisdiction of Central Administrative Tribunal under the provisions of the Administrative Tribunal Act, 1985, therefore, this Court has no jurisdiction to entertain this writ petition in view of the law laid down by the Supreme Court in the matter of L. Chandrakumar Vs. Union of India, AIR 1997 SC 1125.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed, as not maintainable with liberty to the petitioner to approach jurisdictional Central Administrative Tribunal.
