2. Mr. Vineet Ku. Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that petitioner was

entitled to be promoted on the post of Deputy Director School Education when the promotion order dated 31/12/2009 was passed in accordance with Chhattisgarh School Education (Gazette) Service Recruitment Rules, 2009 as he has already completed five years of service on the post of Assistant Director but he has not been promoted and though he has made several representations (Annexure P/8) but they have not been considered and decided.

3. Be that as it may, respondent No. 1 is directed to consider and decide petitioner's representation (Annexure P/8) within 2 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order by passing a reasoned and speaking order. Petitioner is at liberty to make additional representation within three week from today.

4. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No cost(s).
