Agrawal Order On Board 04/05/2017 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the State would point out that against the impugned order dated 11.08.2015 passed by Collector, Rajnandgaon is revisable under Section 18(3) of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 and, therefore, the present writ petition is not maintainable.

(2) At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file revision under Section 18(3) of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894.

(3) Permission is granted, as prayed for.

(4) The certified copy of the order impugned be returned to the counsel for the petitioner, after furnishing an attested photocopy thereof.
