1. This petition has been brought under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying for modification of crime number in M.Cr.C. No. 145/2018 order dated 16.02.2018.

2. It is submitted that crime number mentioned in the said order is 388/2017 registered in PS - Kharora, District - Raipur, C.G, whereas the actual crime number is 210/2017, registered in PS - Kharora, District - Raipur, because of erroneous mentioned of the crime number in the said order, the applicant has not been

released on bail, therefore, it is prayed that order for correction may be passed.

3. Learned counsel for the State has no objection.

4. Considered on the submission made and perusal of the documents as it is verified that crime number mentioned in the said order has been erroneously mentioned, which needs correction, hence, the application is allowed.

5. It is ordered that the Crime No. 388/2017 mentioned in paragraph-1 in the said order be read as Crime No. 210/2017. Copy of this order be made a part of the M.Cr.C. No. 145/2018.
