WPS No. 872 of 2010 Hon'ble Shri Justice Prashant Kumar Mishra Order On Board 28/11/2019 :

1. The petitioners were appointed as Typist on adhoc basis for a period of 3 months, however, due to their continued unauthorized absence and on some other allegations, they have been removed from service without giving any prior notice.

2. Shri Bhakta, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners may be permitted to make a representation before the competent authority i.e. respondent No.3.

3. In view of the submission made, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction that in the event the petitioners submit a representation before respondent No.3 within a period of 6 weeks from today, the said respondent shall decide the representation, by a reasoned order, at the earliest.
