Agrawal Order On Board 16/05/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be allowed to file an application for replacement of his vehicle under Section 83 of the Motor Vehicles Act read with Section 84 of the Chhattisgarh Motor Vehicles Rules, 1994, within seven days.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and accordingly the same is allowed. (3) Be that as it may, if the petitioner moves an application under Section 83 of the Motor Vehicles Act read with Section 84 of the Chhattisgarh Motor Vehicles Rules, 1994, the same shall be considered and decided by the authority concerned in accordance with law expeditiously.
