Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submits on account of arrears of Central Pay Commission and other Pay Commission is entitled for Rs.4,21,126/-, whereas he has only paid Rs.1,87,000/-. Therefore, he may be allowed to make representation before the 1st Respondent.

Be that as it may, the Petitioner is at liberty to make a representation before the 1st Respondent within a period of 'one month' from today and 1st Respondent shall finalized the matter within a period of 'two months'. 4.
The Petitioner is at liberty to file additional submission in support of his representation.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed off accordingly.
