The present writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner for grant of retiral dues payable to the Petitioner and also for the benefits arising out of 6th Pay Commission.

The present writ petition is pending before this Court since 2012. 3.
Today, learned Counsel for the Respondents submits that he has instructions from the Respondents, informing that the disciplinary enquiry on account of which the retiral dues were not released to the Petitioner has already been concluded and the entire retiral dues have also been released to the Petitioner as such the grievance of the Petitioner stands redressed.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, however, submits that he has no instructions in this regard, as the Petitioner is not in contact with him since long.

Be that as it may, this Court is inclined to dispose of the present writ petition on the submission made by the Counsel for the Respondents. In case, the Petitioner feels that his grievance still survives he would be at liberty to approach this Court by moving appropriate petition or application, as is advised to him.

With the aforesaid observation, the present writ petition is finally disposed of as having become infructuous.
