It is submitted by the Petitioner that the Petitioner is a holder of permit to ply the vehicle from Jabalpur to Raipur and it has been countersigned by the Chhattisgarh R.T.O. It is submitted that as per Annexure P-1, a notice was served on 04.11.2015 and the Petitioner was required to submit all the documents along with the relevant papers. Pursuant thereto, the Petitioner has submitted the document Annexure P-4 on 02.01.2016 and it was reminded on 08.02.2016 (Annexure P-5); however, the same remains undecided. Consequently, the Petitioner is neither able to ply the vehicle or take any decision. He therefore submits that the Respondents may be directed to decide the issue with respect to
the vehicle bearing No. MP-20/PA/0360 within a further short period of time.

The said prayer is not opposed by the State counsel. 3.
Considering the limited prayer, as only prayer is made to decide the case of the Petitioner within a short period of time since as appears the reply has been filed, it is directed that the Respondent No.2 be obliged to decide the case of the petitioner within a further period of one month from the date of communication of this order. 4.
