Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be allowed to file an application for replacement of his vehicle under Section 83 of the Motor Vehicles Act read with Section 84 of the Chhattisgarh Motor Vehicles Rules, 1994, within seven days.

Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and is allowed. 3.
If the petitioner files an application under Section 83 of the Motor Vehicles Act read with Section 84 of the Chhattisgarh Motor Vehicles Rules, 1994, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, the instant writ petition stands finally disposed of.
