1. Proceedings of this matter have been taken up through video conferencing.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though she is entitled for the promotion on the post of lecturer from 04.06.2007 but she has been given promotion on the post of lecturer on 02.09.2009.
Raising her grievance she has made representation but her representation has not been considered and she has not been granted promotion and consequential benefits w.e.f 04.06.2007.
3. Mr. Ravi Bhagat, learned State counsel, would submit that petitioner's representation will be considered in accordance with law.
4. Be that as it may, since petitioner has already filed representation claiming her promotion from 04.06.2007 with all the benefits. The State / Competent Authority is directed to consider the petitioner's representation and dispose off the matter
by passing reasoned and speaking order within 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The petitioner is at liberty to make additional representation, if any, within 15 days from today.
5. With the aforesaid observation / direction the instant writ petition stands disposed off.
