ORDER

(Passed on this 22nd April, 2018) 1.

This Petition is directed against the impugned order dated 22.9.2010 by virtue of which, the Petitioner has been terminated from his services. 2.

It is stated in the Compromise Petition (Docket), the grievance of the Petitioner has come to an end in view of the order dated 20.1.2012 passed by the Respondent authorities. Accordingly, both Counsels for the Parties pray that this Petition may be disposed of.

In view of above, nothing survives in this Petition and therefore, the same is disposed of as withdrawn.
