1. Shri Ramakant Mishra, counsel appearing under instructions from the respondent university submits that, during pendency of the writ petition the probation period of the petitioners have been confirmed and they have also since been promoted.

2. Since grievance of the petitioner stands redressed that appears to be the reason why there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, even when the matter was called on two occasions.

3. On the said submission made by the counsel for the university that, this Court is of the opinion that no further grievance of the petitioner stands left.

4. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition stands disposed off, reserving the right of the petitioner to revive the petition, if the grievance still survives.
