1. South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL) has filed application for review against the order dated 25-10-2016 passed by this Court in W.P.(S)No.5865/2016. Operative portion of the order states as under: - "(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the application in terms of Clause 9.4.0 of National Coal Wage Agreement-IX for dependent employment in favour of the petitioner No.2 is pending consideration before the Respondent-SECL and therefore, a direction may be issued to the said authorities to consider and decide the same expeditiously.

(3) In view of above, Respondent-SECL is directed to consider and decide on the pending application filed by the petitioners and if necessary, the petitioner No.1 will be subjected for screening by the medical board, and appropriate decision will be taken thereafter. (4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s)."

2. This Court has only directed SECL to consider the decide the pending application in terms of clause 9.4.0 of the National Coal Wage Agreement-IX for dependent employment and has only said that if necessary, petitioner No.1 therein will be subjected for screening by the Medical Board. I do not find any error on the face of record. The review petition is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
