Agrawal Order On Board 08/08/2017 (1) Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners may be permitted to file civil suit along with application for temporary injunction before the jurisdictional Civil Court for redressal of their grievances. (2) Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to file civil suit along with the application for temporary injunction, if any, before the trial Court wihin a period
of three weeks from today and in turn the trial Court would consider and decide the same on its own merit in accordance with law without being influenced by interim protection granted by this Court on 28.3.2017 or any other order passed by this Court.
(3) Since the interim order is operating since 28th March, 2017, the same would be operative for a period of three weeks from today. (4) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
