The challenge in the present writ petition is to the advertisement Annexure P-1 dated 19.12.2018 whereby the respondents have called for appointment of Sub-Engineer (Civil) in the different categories. 2.

At the outset, the counsel appearing for both the parties submit that the issue involved in the present writ petition has already been decided by this Court in a Bunch of writ petitions, leading case of which being WPS No. 2229 of 2019 and other connected writ petitions decided on 25.04.2019. 3.

Given the facts that all the parties admit that the issue involved already stand decided by this Court in the aforesaid writ petition, this Court is of the opinion that the present writ petition also can be disposed of in similar terms. Accordingly, the present writ petition also stands disposed of in terms of directions which have been given in the order dated 25.04.2019 passed by this Court in WPS No. 2229 of 2019 and other connected matters.

The orders and directions given in WPS 2229 of 2019 shall also be applicable so far as the claim of the petitioner is concerned. 5.
