1. Proceedings of this matter have been taken up through video conferencing.

2. Mr. Abhishek Saraf, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that during the pendency of the writ petition the petitioner has already regularized on the post of Testing Attendant Class-IV, therefore, there is no cause survive for consideration and the instant petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner the instant writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
