2. At the outset, Mr. N. Naha Roy, learned counsel for the respondent-Bank, would submit that the Appellate Authority shall be informed about the requirement of taking an early decision on the appeal preferred by the petitioner challenging his termination vide order dated 27.7.2016 passed by the

Disciplinary Authority.

3. Let the petitioner's appeal be decided within a period of 3 months from today.
