1. This is third bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.124/2014, registered at Police Station Golbazar,

District Raipur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 409, 418 & 34 of the IPC.

2. After hearing learned counsel for the applicant at length, I do not find any good ground or change in circumstance to entertain this third bail application.

Accordingly, third bail application is rejected. However, the concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The learned Sessions Judge is directed to ensure the compliance of this order. A copy of this order be sent to the concerned Sessions Judge for needful & compliance.
