Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has preferred appeal / representation before respondents No. 2 & 3 for redressal of his grievances, which have not been considered and decided till date and, therefore, the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously.

Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and accordinlgy the same is allowed.

Be that as it may, the respondents No. 2 & 3 are directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation/appeal in accordance with law

expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
