Petitioner claims to be entitled to the arrears of 6th pay commission which has not been paid to him by the Department while he was on deputation to some other department. 2.
It appears there is a dispute as to who will pay the arrears of 6th pay commission to the petitioner, therefore, the writ petition is
disposed of with a direction that in the event the petitioner prefers representation before the respondent No.1 within a period of two weeks from today, the said respondent shall consider and decide the representation in consultation with the parent employer and the employer on deputation, in accordance with law and on its own merits, within a period three months from the date of submission of representation by the petitioner.
