1. This is review petition and the main ground is that the prayer for grant of backwages has not been considered.

2. The order dated 11.02.2016, passed by the Division Bench in Writ Petition (C) No.365 of 2016 reads as follows:

"1. Heard counsel for the petitioner and the respondent.

2. We find no reason to interfere with the order of termination of contract dated 02.09.2015 because even if the petition succeeds no relief can be granted today since the tenure of the contract has already come to an end on 20.12.2015 according to the original agreement.

3. The writ petition is disposed."

3. This order does not show that the issue of back-wages was raised before the Division Bench when it decided the matter.

4. Therefore, there is no error apparent on the face of record and the review petition is rejected.
