Versus

1. Surguja Kshetriya Gramin Bank, A Regional Rural Bank constituted under Regional Rural Bank Act, 1976, through its Chairman, Head Office, Kumar Complex, Mahamaya Chowk, Ambikapur, District Surguja (CG).

2. Central Bank of India, the Sponsoring Bank in relation to Surguja Kshetriya Gramin Bank, Ambikapur, through its Chairman-cumManaging Director, Central Office, Nariman Point, Mumbai.

Others Vs. Surguja Kshetriya Gramin Bank & Others, decided on 17.11.2003, therefore, in the light of this order, the present petitioners may be allowed to file representation before respondent-Bank for redressal of their grievances. (2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(3) Be that as it may, the petitioners are at liberty to file fresh representation along with copy of order dated 17.11.2003 before the respondent-Bank. If such representation is filed by the petitioners before respondent-Bank, in that event respondentBank shall consider and decide the same, strictly in accordance with law, in the light of order dated 17.11.2003 and in the light of Regional Rural Banks (Appointment and Promotion of Officers and Other Employees) Rules, 1988 expeditiously from the date of receipt of representation.

(4) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
