At the outset, learned counsel for the respondent raises objection to the maintainability of the petition on the ground that petitioner's remedy is to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal. When the petitioner has an alternative remedy to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), I am not inclined to entertain this petition.
