Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that petitioners' land has been acquired by the respondent No. 3 but till date no compensation has been paid to them, for which they have also made several representations before the said authority but it has not been considered and

decided till date.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.

Be that as it may, the respondent No. 3 is directed to consider and decide the petitioners' representation for grant of compensation in lieu of their land expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order after hearing the petitioners. 4.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
