Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has been issued caste certificate by 3rd Respondent on 04.11.2006, but his certificate was not accepted by the 5th Respondent on the ground that it is in 'English' and 'Hindi' certificate should be provided.

When he applied for the 'Hindi' certificate, that has been refused. However, he submits that the Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition (C) No. 5070 of 2007 passed on 27.09.2007 has clarified the position, therefore, he allowed to make a representation before the 3rd Respondent.

The Petitioner is at liberty to make a representation before the 3rd Respondent and that the matter shall be finalized within a period of 'two months' from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter. 4.
