1. This petition has been filed by the petitioner apprehending action of demolition on the submission that the petitioner has constructed a house and living.
2. The petitioner has not disclosed the authority under which the petitioner has occupied the land. It is stated that the petitioner has applied for grant of lease of nazul land, however, there is no grant made by any competent authority for lease. Therefore, in these circumstances, the writ Court is not
-2inclined to come to the aid of the petitioner. However, keeping human aspect in view, if the petitioner prays for some days to vacate the premises to save the property from being damaged, the same may be considered by the competent authority before evicting the petitioner.
