Mr. K. Shakeel, learned counsel for respondent No.1-Corporation, would submit at the outset that by the order impugned- Annexure P/1, the petitioner is required to proceed for joining at the transferred place after 30.4.2017, therefore, if the petitioner submits representation within a week, the competent authority of the respondent-Corporation shall decide the representation on or before 25.4.2017.
