1. The impugned order in the present writ petition is the change of place of posting whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Police Station Saliha to Rakshit Kendra, Baloda Bazar.

2. Considering the fact that the impugned order is an internal change of place of posting of the petitioner from one Police Station to another Centre within the same district by the concerned Superintendent of Police, this court does not find any strong case for interference with the order of transfer, however it shall be open for the petitioner to raise his grievances so far as the transferred place is concerned by making a suitable representation to the respondent No.3 in accordance with rules and the respondent No.3 in turn shall consider the same on its own merits at the earliest considering the short period of service left for retirement of the petitioner.
