Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 0 6 /0 3 /201 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made representation to the Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat, Bilaspur for his joining on the post of Shikshakarmi Grade-I, which has not been considered and decided till date and, therefore, a direction may be issued to respondent No. 2- CEO, Zila Panchayat, Bilaspur to consider and decide the same expeditioulsy.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and accordingly the same is allowed.

(3) Be that as it may, the respondent No. 2 is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation for joining on the post of Shiksha Karmi Grade-I expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. The petitioner is at liberty to make additional representation, if any. (4) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
