Sam Koshy Order On Board By 03/07/2015 The present M.C.C. has been filed for correction of the typographical error crept in the order dated 16.04.2015 passed in Writ Petition No.1783 of 2003.

Counsel for the applicant submits that while passing of the said order, in para-9 this Court has held that "the impugned order is bad in law and is set aside" whereas the operative para-11 reflects that "the petition is dismissed."

On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the instant M.C.C. is allowed and the order dated 16.04.2015 passed in Writ Petition No.1783 of 2003 stands modified to the extent that in paragraph-11 the word "dismissed" shall be read as "disposed of".
