Heard on I.A. No. 02/19, which is an application for withdrawal of amount deposited by the applicant before the trial court.

Counsel for the respondent submits that as per order dated 07.03.19 passed by this Court, the applicant has deposited 25% of the amount of compensation before the trial court and he may be permitted to withdraw the amount so deposited by applicant before the trial court, as the revision will take time for its final disposal.

Considering the facts of the case, the application is allowed and it is directed that amount so deposited by the applicant before the court below shall be disbursed to the respondent, subject to his furnishing an undertaking that he shall repay/refund the said amount to the applicant in case, the revision is allowed.
