By filing the instant Cr.M.P, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the instant Cr.M.P. is against the order dated 10.5.2016 passed in Cr.M.P. No.575 of 2015 (Ramkrishna Sharma Vs. State of Chhattisgarh & Ors.) whereby and whereunder, the learned Court dismissed the petition for want of

prosecution as no one represented the petitioner when the case was called up for hearing.

On due consideration of the reasons mentioned in the petition, the same is allowed. Cr.M.P. No.575 of 2015 dismissed for want of prosecution on 10.5.2016 is hereby restored to its original number. No order as to cost.
