1. Petitioner would assail the order dated 05.12.2016 whereby she has been transferred from Grils Tribal Hostel, Kota to Girls Primary School, Taraigaon, Block Gaurella, District Bilaspur.
2. It is argued that the petitioner has been transferred by treating her as Assistant Teacher, whereas in fact she is working as Upper Division Teacher.
3. Considering the entire facts situation of the case, the writ petition is
disposed of with direction that in the event the petitioner prefers representation before the Collector, Bilaspur, within a period of two weeks from today, the said authority shall consider and decide the representation at the earliest preferably within a period of six weeks thereafter.
4. Till the petitioner's representation is decided, status-quo in respect of her posting shall be maintained.
