Petitioner is seeking a direction to the Tehsildar, Durg for demarcation of his land, however, the documents filed along with the writ petition do not reveal that any duly constituted application was submitted to the Tehsildar.

In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to file duly constituted application for demarcation of land before the
concerned Tehsildar. If such application is filed, the Tehsildar is expected to conduct demarcation expeditiously in accordance with law.
