Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioner may be granted opportunity to make complaint before the Collector, Surguja against respondent No. 4 in not complying with the order passed by respondent No. 3 till date.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable and the same is allowed.

Be that as it may, petitioner would be at liberty to make complaint before the Collector, District Surguja who, in turn, shall do the needful for redressal of petitioner's grievance expeditiously. 5.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petitions stand finally disposed of. No cost(s).
