MCC No.307 of 2017 1.

By this MCC, the applicant has prayed for restoration of MCC No.871 of 2015 as well as WPS No.2253 of 2015, however, he has paid only one set of Court fees.

At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant would submit that he would affix the additional Court fee during the course of the day. 3.

As prayed, learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to affix the additional Court fee and the Reader of the Court is directed to cancel the Court fees.

This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the MCC No.307 of 2017.

In view of the order passed by this Court in MCC No.591 of 2016 the delay in filing the MCC is condoned.

On due consideration, despite dismissal of MCC No.871 of 2015, WPS No.2253 of 2015, which was treated to be dismissed for want of noncompliance of Court order, is restored to its original number. 7.
