2. The contents of first two lines of para No.2 in the order dated 19.02.2020 passed in WPS No.1098 of 2020 be read as under : "It is contended that the petitioner was not provided with the ACR report for

the year 2008-09 on the basis of which he was superseded in the year September 2014 by the respondent No. 4, who was promoted to the post of Deputy Commissioner Housing Board."

3. The rest of the order shall remain as it is.

4. Accordingly, MCC stands allowed.
