1. Heard.

2. The petitioner has claimed benefit of regular pay scale by submitting that he was initially appointed as Assistant Teacher on a fixed pay. After sanction of pay scale, he was granted regular pay scale.

3. According to the petitioner, once he completed period of probation, he is entitled for regular pay scale from initial date of appointment and this issue has already been decided in number of cases and similar orders have been passed by this Court including order dated 11.5.2011 in WPS No.2549 of 2011.

4. Considering the aforesaid submission, the claim of the petitioner shall also be considered and if it is found upon verification of facts that the petitioner is also similarly situated, concerned benefit should be given to the petitioner in accordance with law.
