1. Petitioner has been removed from the office of Sarpanch under Section 40 of the Chhattisgarh Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, 1993 and against the said order, petitioner's revision application is pending before the Commissioner, Bilaspur Division.
2. Let the Commissioner, Bilaspur Division, Bilaspur shall consider and decide the revision application of the petitioner, in accordance with law and on its own merits, at the earliest preferably within a period of two months from today.
