Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that despite direction to decide the representation concerning payment of salary to the petitioner, the Competent Authority has not informed about the decision taken on the representation. 2.

Let the petitioner prefer an application together with certified copy of the order passed in this contempt petition before the Competent Authority at the earliest and thereafter the Competent Authority shall take steps for compliance of the order passed in WPS No.6830/2017 within a period of one month from today.

If the Competent Authority fails to decide the representation, it will be presumed that the Authority is not interested in compliance of the order passed by this Court. The petitioner would be at liberty to move afresh before this Court.

The contempt petition stands disposed of.
