After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for disposal of the writ petition with liberty to make a representation to the respondents for ventilating his grievance so far as his entitlement of the benefits prior to the date of regularization is concerned. The prayer is not opposed.
Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of. If the petitioner choses to prefer representation to the respondent authorities, the same shall be considered by them in accordance with rules and regulations governing the field and pass an appropriate order preferably within a period of four months from the date the representation is filed by the petitioner.
