1. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that petitioners locality namely Jangalpara was earlier included in the revenue village
Vishrampuri (Bandhpara)-B, however, by the proposed reconstitution of the revenue villages Jangalpara is proposed to be made part of revenue village Vishrampuri-A. He would further submit that by notification dated 09th May 2016 (Annexure-P/2) the Collector Kondagaon had invited objections within 10 days i.e. 19th May 2016. The petitioners intend to file objection to the said notification/proposal, therefore, the competent authority be directed to consider and decide the objection objectively.
2. Considering the notification dated 09th May 2016 the writ petition is disposed of with observation that in the event petitioners prefers objection within stipulated time i.e. 19th May 2016 before the Collector, Kondagaon, the same shall be considered and decided by reasoned order.
