1. Learned State counsel would submit, at the outset, that petitioner's pending appeal bearing case No.40/A-56/2013-14, village Janjgir-Champa, Patwari Halka No.4, Tehsil Champa, pending before the Sub-Divisional Officer (R), Champa shall be decided after affording opportunity of hearing to the parties to the appeal, at the earliest, preferably within a period of four months from the date of submission of certified copy of this order before the appellate authority.

2. Let the petitioner submit copy of this order before the appellate authority within a period of 15 days.
